Monitor your resource usage and plan limits.

Workspace Usage & Limits

Each workspace has resource limits based on its plan. Monitor your usage to avoid hitting limits.

Viewing Usage

Go to Settings > Workspace or Settings > Organization to see current usage.

Tracked Resources

  • Active forms - number of non-deleted forms
  • Monthly form responses - submissions received this billing period
  • Monthly bookings - appointments created this billing period
  • AI credits - AI feature uses this billing period (form generation, insights, translations, etc.)
  • Event types - number of active event types
  • Team members - users in your organization
  • Storage - total file upload storage consumed (in MB)
  • Fields per form - maximum fields allowed on a single form

Usage Indicators

Each resource shows a progress bar with status:

  • Healthy (green) - well within limits
  • Near limit (amber) - approaching the cap
  • At limit (red) - no more capacity; new items will be blocked

What Happens at Limits

When you hit a limit:

  • You cannot create more of that resource (e.g., no new forms if at the form limit)
  • Existing resources continue to work normally
  • Upgrade your plan or contact support for additional capacity

Monthly Reset

Response counts, booking counts, and AI credits reset at the start of each billing period.
