Connect a Form to Booking

This is the core Picked Smart workflow: a form submission flows directly into a booking, with no extra tools or manual steps.

Setting It Up

1. Open your form in the editor
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Under After Submission, enable Book a meeting
4. Select an event type from the dropdown
5. Choose the mode:
   • Required - respondent must book a time to complete the form
   • Optional - respondent is offered a booking but can skip it

How It Works

1. User fills out your form
2. After submitting, they are shown the booking calendar inline
3. They select an available time slot
4. The booking is created with the form response attached
5. Both you and the booker receive confirmation emails

Using the AI Copilot

The Copilot can do this in one step:

• "Create a client intake form and link it to my 30-minute consultation"
• "Build a discovery call form with booking"

Viewing Linked Data

In your Bookings list, each booking shows its linked form response. In your Form Responses, each response shows its linked booking.
