Super-admin panel for managing users, organizations, billing, and platform operations.

Administration Panel

The admin panel is available to users with super-admin privileges. Access it from the Admin section in the dashboard sidebar.

Admin Capabilities

Admin access is granular - each admin can be granted specific capabilities:

  • Analytics - view platform-wide analytics and usage metrics
  • Users - search, view, and manage user accounts; view per-user audit trails
  • Organizations - view and manage organizations and their details
  • Billing - view subscriptions, manage billing, and process refunds
  • Permissions - manage admin capabilities for other admin users
  • Workspaces - manage workspace assignments and resource allocation
  • Usage - monitor resource usage across all workspaces
  • Webhook Logs - view webhook delivery attempts and troubleshoot failures

User Management

In Admin > Users:

  • Search and filter users by name or email
  • View user details: account info, role, workspace, subscription status
  • View a user's audit trail (all actions they have taken)
  • Impersonate a user for support purposes (actions are logged)

Organization Management

In Admin > Organizations:

  • View all organizations with member counts and plan info
  • Quick-view panel shows organization details, members, and usage
  • Monitor organization-level resource consumption

Subscription Management

In Admin > Billing:

  • View all active subscriptions
  • Process refunds
  • Monitor plan distribution across the platform
