How to view, filter, export, and analyze form submissions.

Viewing and Managing Responses
Response Dashboard
Navigate to Forms > [Your Form] > Responses to see all submissions.
The response table shows:
- Submission date and time
- Key field values as columns
- Payment status (if applicable)
- Booking status (if linked to scheduling)
Filtering and Sorting
- Click column headers to sort
- Use the search bar to filter by any field value
- Filter by date range
Individual Response View
Click any row to see the full submission:
- All field values
- File uploads (downloadable)
- Payment details
- Associated booking (if any)
- Submission metadata (IP, browser, timestamp)
Exporting
Export responses via the Export button:
- CSV format for spreadsheets
- Filtered exports respect your current filters
AI Insights
Click AI Insights to get an AI-generated analysis of your responses:
- Common themes and patterns
- Sentiment analysis
- Actionable suggestions based on the data
