Booking Reminders & Notifications
Picked Smart sends automated emails to reduce no-shows and keep both parties informed.
Confirmation Emails
When a booking is created:
- The booker receives a confirmation with the date, time, location, and any relevant details
- The host (you) receives a notification about the new booking
Reminder Emails
Automated reminders are sent before the scheduled time to reduce no-shows.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notifications
- When a booking is cancelled, both parties receive a cancellation notice
- When a booking is rescheduled, both parties receive an updated confirmation
- Cancellation emails include the reason (if provided)
Cancel & Reschedule Links
Every booking confirmation includes:
- A Cancel link that takes the booker to a cancellation page with an optional reason field
- A Reschedule link that lets the booker pick a new time without creating a duplicate booking
