Welcome to Picked Smart

Picked Smart combines AI-powered forms and scheduling into one platform. Here is how to get started:

1. Create your account

Sign up at pickedsmart.com/signup. You will need an email address and password. All plans include a free trial.

2. Set up your workspace

After signing up, you will land on your dashboard. Your workspace is where all your forms, booking pages, and settings live.

3. Create your first form

Click New Form on the dashboard or navigate to Forms in the sidebar. You can:

  • Use AI: Describe what you need in plain language (e.g., "Create a contact form for a photography studio") and the AI Copilot will generate it
  • Start from a template: Choose from pre-built templates for common use cases
  • Build from scratch: Add fields manually using the drag-and-drop editor

4. Set up scheduling (optional)

Navigate to Scheduling > Event Types and create your first booking page. Configure your availability, duration, and booking rules.

5. Connect forms to scheduling

The core value of Picked Smart: link a form submission directly to a booking. In your form settings, enable "Booking after submission" and select an event type.

6. Publish and share

Publish your form to get a shareable link. Embed it on your website or share it directly.
