Form Translations

Picked Smart supports translating your forms into Spanish and French, so you can reach multilingual audiences with a single form.

Translating with AI

The fastest way to translate a form:

1. Open the AI Copilot (Ctrl+K / Cmd+K)
2. Say "Translate this form to Spanish" or "Translate to Spanish and French"
3. The AI translates all form content and presents the translations for review
4. Review and approve the translations in the form editor

What Gets Translated

• Form title and description
• Field labels and placeholder text
• Field descriptions and help text
• Option labels (for dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes)
• Section titles and descriptions
• Thank-you message
• Consent/legal text
• Statement body and button labels

Language Detection

When a visitor opens your form, the displayed language is determined by:

1. The visitor's browser language preference
2. Falls back to the form's default language (English)

Reviewing Translations

After AI translation, you can review and edit each translated string in the form editor's translation panel. This ensures accuracy for domain-specific terminology.
