Configure submission behavior, close dates, branding, redirects, and tracking.

Advanced Form Settings
Open the settings drawer by clicking the gear icon in the form editor toolbar.
Submission Behavior
- Thank-you message - customize the text shown after a successful submission
- Redirect URL - send respondents to an external URL after they submit instead of showing a thank-you message
- Close date - automatically close the form after a specific date and time; visitors who arrive after the close date see a "form closed" message
Branding
- Remove branding - hide the "Powered by Picked Smart" badge from your form (available on paid plans)
Form URL
- Custom slug - set a custom URL slug for your public form link (e.g.,
pickedsmart.com/f/my-custom-slug)
Tracking & Analytics Integration
Enable third-party tracking scripts on your public form page:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - track form views and conversions
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) - retarget form visitors
- TikTok Pixel - track TikTok ad conversions
- LinkedIn Conversion Tracking - measure LinkedIn campaign ROI
- Hotjar - heatmaps and session recordings
- Microsoft Clarity - behavioral analytics
Each tracker can be enabled or disabled independently per form. Organization-level tracking settings can be configured in Settings > Organization and inherited by all forms.
