Availability Settings
Setting Your Availability
- Go to Scheduling > Availability
- Configure your weekly schedule:
- Toggle each day on/off
- Set start and end times for each day
- Add multiple time blocks per day (e.g., 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm)
- Your timezone is auto-detected but can be changed manually
Date Overrides
Override your regular schedule for specific dates:
- Block out holidays or vacation days
- Add special availability for one-off events
- Changes apply only to the selected date, not recurring
How Availability Works
When someone visits your booking page:
- They see a calendar with available dates highlighted
- They select a date and see available time slots
- Slots are calculated from your availability minus existing bookings and buffer times
- Times are shown in the booker's local timezone
