Setting Your Availability

  1. Go to Scheduling > Availability
  2. Configure your weekly schedule:
    • Toggle each day on/off
    • Set start and end times for each day
    • Add multiple time blocks per day (e.g., 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm)
  3. Your timezone is auto-detected but can be changed manually

Date Overrides

Override your regular schedule for specific dates:

  • Block out holidays or vacation days
  • Add special availability for one-off events
  • Changes apply only to the selected date, not recurring

How Availability Works

When someone visits your booking page:

  1. They see a calendar with available dates highlighted
  2. They select a date and see available time slots
  3. Slots are calculated from your availability minus existing bookings and buffer times
  4. Times are shown in the booker's local timezone
