Roles & Permissions

Picked Smart uses a role-based permission system to control what each team member can access.

Organization Roles

| Role | Description | |------|-------------| | Owner | The organization creator. Full control over all settings, billing, and members. Cannot be removed. | | Admin | Can manage members, billing, and all features. Can invite and remove members (except the owner). | | Member | Can create and manage their own forms and event types. Cannot access billing or member management. | | Viewer | Read-only access. Can view forms, responses, and bookings but cannot create or modify anything. |

What Each Role Can Do

All roles can:

  • View the dashboard
  • View published forms and their responses (within their workspace)
  • View bookings and event types

Members can additionally:

  • Create, edit, and publish forms
  • Create and manage event types
  • Use the AI Copilot
  • Export response data

Admins can additionally:

  • Invite and remove team members
  • Change member roles
  • Manage organization settings
  • Access billing and subscription management
  • View organization-level usage

Owners can additionally:

  • Delete the organization
  • Transfer ownership
  • Access all admin capabilities

Changing Roles

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click the role dropdown next to their name
  4. Select the new role

Only Admins and Owners can change roles.
