User Impersonation (Admin)
View the platform as another user for support and troubleshooting.

User Impersonation
Super-admins can impersonate other users to troubleshoot issues and provide support.
How to Impersonate
- Go to Admin > Users
- Find the user you want to impersonate
- Click Impersonate
- The dashboard reloads showing that user's view
While Impersonating
- A banner at the top of the dashboard shows "Viewing as [user name]"
- You see exactly what that user sees: their forms, responses, bookings, and settings
- You can take actions on their behalf
Stopping Impersonation
Click Stop impersonating in the banner to return to your admin view.
Audit Trail
All impersonation sessions are logged in the audit log, including:
- When impersonation started
- Which admin initiated it
- Which user was impersonated
- When impersonation ended
This ensures accountability and transparency for support actions.
