Plans and Billing
Available Plans
Picked Smart offers tiered plans with increasing capabilities:
- Free - get started with basic forms and scheduling
- Starter - more forms, responses, and AI credits
- Professional - advanced features, team scheduling, priority support
- Enterprise - custom limits, dedicated support, SLA
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Workspace
- View your current plan and usage
- Click Upgrade to change plans
- Click Manage Billing to update payment methods or view invoices
Feature Limits
Each plan has limits on:
- Number of forms
- Monthly form responses
- Monthly AI credits
- Number of event types
- File upload storage
- Team members
Usage is tracked per workspace and resets monthly.
Payments on Forms
Collect payments through your forms with Stripe integration. Payment processing is available on paid plans.
