Booking Field Mapping

When a form is linked to a booking, Picked Smart maps form fields to booking details so the booker does not need to re-enter their information.

Auto-Detection

The system automatically detects and maps common fields:

• Email fields are mapped to the booker's email (required for booking)
• Name fields are mapped to the booker's name
• Phone fields are mapped to the booker's phone number

Auto-detection uses the field type and label to identify the right mapping.

Manual Mapping

Override auto-detection in Settings > Booking > Field Mapping:

• Name field - select which form field provides the booker's name
• Email field - select which form field provides the booker's email (required)
• Phone field - select which form field provides the booker's phone
• Notes field - select a field to include as booking notes

How It Works

1. User submits the form
2. Mapped fields are extracted from the submission
3. The booking form is pre-filled with the extracted data
4. The user only needs to select a time slot - no re-entering of details
