Signature Fields
Collect legally-binding handwritten signatures directly in your forms using a canvas-based signature pad.
Adding a Signature Field
- In the form editor, add a Signature field from the field palette
- Configure the field label and whether it's required
- Optionally customize the pen color and stroke width
How It Works
- Respondents draw their signature using their mouse, finger (mobile), or stylus
- A Clear button lets them retry
- The signature is captured as an image and stored with the form response

Viewing Signatures
In the response detail view, signatures are displayed as images. They can be downloaded as part of the full response.
