AI Form Generation

Picked Smart uses AI to generate complete forms from natural language descriptions.

Using the AI Prompt Bar

The form editor includes an AI prompt bar at the top. Type a description of the form you want:

• Be specific about your industry and use case
• Mention the types of fields you need
• Include any special requirements (file uploads, payments, conditional logic)

Examples of good prompts:

• "Create a patient intake form for a dental office with medical history, insurance info, and consent checkboxes"
• "Build an event registration form with early bird and regular pricing tiers"
• "Make a job application form with resume upload and cover letter"

Using the AI Copilot

Open the AI Copilot (the purple button in the bottom-right corner, or press Ctrl+K / Cmd+K) for more complex requests:

• "Create a contact form and link it to my consultation booking page"
• "Translate my feedback form to Spanish and French"
• "Generate an event type for 30-minute discovery calls"

The Copilot can chain multiple actions together - for example, creating a form, creating an event type, and linking them in one request.

Editing with AI

After generating a form, you can use AI to refine it:

• "Add a follow-up question asking about budget if they select 'Enterprise' plan"
• "Make the phone number field optional"
• "Add validation to ensure the date is in the future"

AI Credits

AI features use credits based on your plan. Check your remaining credits in Settings > Workspace.
