Abuse Policy
This Policy explains what we prohibit on Picked Smart and how we respond when the platform is used in harmful, unsafe, or unlawful ways.
Picked Smart is designed for legitimate business workflows, not deception or harm. We actively investigate abusive behavior and may suspend access quickly when users, end respondents, or the platform itself are put at risk.
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Picked Smart to send spam, phishing messages, malware, scam content, deceptive promotions, unlawful offers, harassment, hate content, threats, or materially misleading communications.
You may not use the service to impersonate another person or organization, create fake booking or lead flows, or collect information through deception or without required notice and consent.
2. Security and platform abuse
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, infrastructure, or data, and you may not test, scan, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
You may not scrape the platform at scale, overload the service, evade rate limits, automate account creation, resell access without permission, or bypass plan restrictions, billing controls, or security features.
3. Data and content misuse
You may not collect or process personal data through Picked Smart in a way that violates privacy law, sector-specific regulation, contractual restrictions, or duties you owe to data subjects.
You may not use the service to host or transmit stolen data, unlawfully obtained credentials, infringing content, or material that exploits or endangers children.
4. AI feature misuse
You may not use AI-assisted features to generate or distribute unlawful instructions, harmful content, deceptive synthetic output, or material intended to evade security controls or abuse detection.
You may not intentionally submit prompt content designed to extract secrets, compromise models, or interfere with moderation, filtering, or platform safeguards.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe an account or workspace is involved in abuse, we may investigate, remove content, rate limit traffic, suspend features, freeze billing-related actions, or terminate access. We may also preserve relevant records where appropriate.
We may report serious violations to affected parties, vendors, or law enforcement when required by law or when needed to protect users, respondents, or the public.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe Picked Smart is being used for spam, phishing, impersonation, harassment, malware, data theft, or any similar activity, contact hello@pickedsmart.com with relevant details, screenshots, headers, URLs, timestamps, and other supporting evidence if available.
We review reports as quickly as practical, prioritize immediate safety risks, and may request additional information to investigate or confirm ownership and context.
If you are comparing policies or checking a requirement, you can keep your place and jump back when you are done.
